How it will work:
There are a huge variety of tools, models and exercises that team coaches can use in a team coaching programme. I like to work systemically which means I aim to support a sustainable process of learning and renewal with a goal to making the organisation (the system) better able to adapt and prosper.
I am licensed to use the systemic diagnostic tool Team Coaching 360, an online diagnostic which creates a report on the views of the team, its stakeholders and direct reports. This is built around Dr. Peter Hawkins’ Five Disciplines model of high performing teams covering the team’s role, purpose, value creation and ways of working to contribute to its success.
Every team is different and accordingly coaching interventions for teams are highly bespoke. They are also best run with more than one coach, so I will work with a trusted associate to deliver the coaching you need. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
Benefits / outcomes you can expect:
Team coaching is one of the most efficient and fun ways to make your team future-fit and think outside-in. It can not only help them align around a common purpose but also strengthens the bonds between team members.
Systemic team coaching has a double advantage in that the insights from individual team members and their coaching process can be incorporated into supporting the team’s growth and success.
By working with me, you will have the insight and connections as a team to work in partnership.

Frequently asked questions
Can I talk to you before deciding to go ahead with one of your services?
Yes, absolutely. I offer a free initial 45 minute phone call, Zoom call or in person meeting to explore what you need and if I am the right coach for you. Get in touch by sending me an email or using the details on the Contact Me page.
Where do the sessions take place?
After our first call you can choose to have your coaching sessions remotely via Zoom or Skype; or at my offices in the City, central London; or at your offices. I travel across Greater London.
How long is there between each session?
This depends on your needs. As a guide, Executive and Leadership coaching sessions are typically 1-1.5 hours long once a month over a 6 month time frame. Career coaching on the other hand can be approached tactically with a focused goal, such as interview prep, or more strategically, such as when considering changing career or following redundancy. Here you can choose to have your sessions weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or once a month. |
How much does it cost?
I treat everyone as an individual with your coaching sessions tailored to your needs, and my prices reflect that. Send me a message and I will be in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
